We are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist with solid experience in recruiting IT services for our unit, Recruit and Attract.
About the role
As a Recruitment Specialist, you are responsible for driving your recruitment processes from start to finish. You play a central role throughout the entire process, from planning to execution, and serve as a reliable and structured recruitment partner for the authority's hiring managers at the unit, section, department, and division levels.
You collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a quality-assured and efficient recruitment process. With a consultative approach, you support and guide the manager through the process and provide active support in all aspects of the recruitment activities.
In this role, you will work with tasks such as:
- Kick-off meetings and requirement profiling
- Design and publication of job advertisements
- Selection work and candidate management
- Conducting competency-based interviews
- Reference checks and quality assurance
- Ongoing administration related to the recruitment process, such as documentation and system management
The role is characterized by close and consultative collaboration with managers, so we look for someone who feels comfortable in this type of role and is motivated by being an advisory recruitment partner throughout the process.
You will also have the opportunity to develop within the recruitment field and be part of our ongoing HR digitalization program, where we work over the coming years to quality-assure and streamline our processes and implement new systems.
As a recruiter, you belong to the Recruit and Attract unit, which is responsible for recruitment and Employer Branding. We consist of 20 employees of different ages and backgrounds. The unit's mission is to provide strategic and operational support to managers in recruitment matters, contribute to a high-quality introduction of new employees and consultants, and drive the authority's work within employer branding.
About you
Requirements:
To succeed in the role of recruiter, you need to be collaborative, structured, reliable, and results-oriented. You have an easy time collaborating with both colleagues and managers, and contribute to a positive and solution-focused work climate.
You have a very good ability to create structure in a high-paced work environment and handle several parallel assignments simultaneously. The work is intensive and requires that you have a good overview, are meticulous, and have strong administrative skills. You are accustomed to working under pressure and prioritizing effectively without losing quality.
As a person, you are confident and steady even in challenging situations. You have the ability to be clear, take responsibility, and drive the work forward even when it requires decisiveness and independence. You are results-oriented and motivated by delivering with quality and efficiency.
We place great importance on your personal qualities. You should also live up to the public sector's values.
You have:
- At least five years of current work experience in independently driving, executing, and leading competency-based recruitments at a qualified level, including executive recruitment and specialist recruitment.
- At least three years of experience in recruiting for IT roles.
- Experience in providing consultative support to managers within recruitment.
- Good experience with public sector recruitment and the public sector values.
- Good habit of maintaining documentation during recruitment processes.
- Good experience with system management and documented experience with recruitment systems.
- Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
Merits:
- Degree in Human Resources and/or Behavioral Science.
- Experience in leading and coordinating external recruitment suppliers in the role of a buyer.
- Experience working in a growth organization.

- The position is located in Sundbyberg (Stockholm).
- Opportunity for remote work up to 50% #LI-hybrid.
- Domestic travel may occur to a limited extent.
