We are now looking for a service-oriented and organized person for a consultancy role as a receptionist with extended office responsibilities. This is a broad role in a small office where you will become a central point in daily operations.

About the position

As a receptionist, you are responsible for creating a welcoming and well-functioning office environment. In addition to traditional reception duties, you will have greater responsibility for office operations and some reporting.

The assignment is expected to start on June 1st and last for approximately 3 months.
Location: Solna
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00

Main responsibilities

• Receiving visitors and managing the reception
• Handling access cards
• Booking and preparing conference rooms
• Ordering office supplies and fruit
• Responsible for coffee machines and other common areas
• Point of contact for plants and office services
• Administrative tasks and reporting, including fire safety

Who are you?

• Strong administrative skills and a sense for service
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (documentation is done in English)
• Knowledge of Chinese is an extra plus
• Experience as a receptionist
