About Strömsbro School

Strömsbro School is part of the Stigslund principal area. At Strömsbro School, we have approximately 300 students from preschool class to grade 6. Dedicated staff work at the school, and there is a strong interest among everyone in developing school activities so that students get a good foundation to stand on. At Strömsbro School, we actively work to increase student attendance. We actively work with relational leadership and students' literacy skills in all subjects.

Strömsbro School is characterized by good results, well-being, and engagement. The school's ambition is for students to feel safe at school and achieve good academic results. Therefore, preventive work against harassment and bullying is carried out here. The school works to ensure students develop and respect themselves and others.

About the Position

We are now looking for an engaged and confident teacher for our students in grades 4-6 who wants to help create a educational, inspiring, and inclusive school day where every student has the opportunity to develop and succeed.

Responsibilities

As a teacher in grades 4-6, you will have the opportunity to inspire, challenge, and support students in their knowledge development. You will work with teaching, have class responsibility, and be responsible for mapping, planning, implementation, and evaluation of lessons. The duties also include mentorship, and together with your colleagues, you contribute to a joyful, varied, and high-quality school day where student development and well-being are in focus.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Teaching in grades 4-6.
• Actively working with students' literacy skills in all subjects.
• Planning, implementation, assessment, and evaluation of teaching.
li>Mapping students' needs and adapting teaching according to their prerequisites.
• Mentorship.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with other educators, student health services, guardians, and is performed according to current goals and guidelines. Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• A teacher's degree and teacher certification with eligibility to teach in grades 4-6, as well as broad subject eligibility.
• Familiarity with and knowledge of the Swedish compulsory school curriculum.
• The ability to express yourself well in the Swedish language, both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of and experience working with digital tools, for example, documentation in Unikum or Office.

Working Hours: Daytime.
