RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for planning and teaching in the after-school center (fritidshem). The role includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities according to agreed goals and guidelines.

Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to creating a school where everyone feels safe and seen, whether as students, guardians, or staff. The work is carried out in collaboration with other educators, student health services, and guardians.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Teaching certification with eligibility to teach in the after-school center
• Familiarity with and knowledge of the curriculum for primary school, as well as for preschool class and after-school center
• Ability to communicate effectively in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Knowledge of and experience with working with digital tools

Previous work experience with children with special needs is considered an advantage for this position.

• Clear leadership: You demonstrate clear and secure leadership, naturally motivating students and creating an environment where they thrive and feel good. You have a good ability to create open dialogue and adapt your language to the situation and target group
