Description

We help companies in all industries with preventive and health-promoting as well as follow-up interventions at the individual, group, and organizational levels.

As a doctor with us, you have the opportunity for close collaboration with the client/employer, which allows you to influence the employee's working environment and health over time. You work together with, among others, our company nurses, psychologists, and physiotherapists. You provide advice and support to managers, HR departments, employees, and company boards in matters concerning health, work, rehabilitation, and healthcare.

You work within one or more of our specialist areas: rehabilitation, occupational medicine, risky alcohol/drug use, and preventive health work. The assignments as a doctor are varied and may include counseling, assessment of ill health, planning and measures based on needs, conducting statutory/medical examinations, workplace visits, and work capacity assessments.

The position covers part-time or full-time work with a degree of employment of 75–80% or as agreed. We offer flexible scope where the structure of the position can be adapted based on the business's needs and the right candidate's prerequisites.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who want to help develop our operations and have an interest in, and preferably previous experience of, working with occupational health to develop a healthy working life.

• You are a specialist in occupational medicine, general practice, rehabilitation, or similar, or have completed training regarding medical examinations in working life.
• You have a health-promoting mindset and a genuine interest in people, their health, and working environment.
• You who want to work and develop with us should enjoy working in a customer-oriented, consultative manner, have self-drive, and enjoy working in a team.

The position is located in Karlshamn, and work may also become relevant in Kristianstad. Additionally, work at customer sites is common. A driver's license and access to a car are necessary.
