ArkivIT is a consultancy firm with expertise in digital archive and information management, offering services within our areas of Archives & Registry, Data Protection, Information Security, and Electronic Archiving. The company was founded in 2010; since then, our services have expanded, our competence has broadened, and we continue to grow. Our consultants are dedicated to their profession and contribute their specialist expertise to clients across Sweden.

Our ambition is to care for and preserve the digital cultural heritage, while simultaneously strengthening our clients in modern e-governance and information management.

About the Role

Do you live in Gothenburg or nearby cities such as Borås, and do you have experience as an archivist? Now you have the chance to develop further in the role of consultant with us!

As a consultant with us, you will have a variety of tasks within archives and information management. You provide support to our clients in various industries and help them maintain the highest possible standards in information management. You also work strategically with governing documents within information management, as well as training and informing about regulations and legislation. Your expertise will make you a sought-after advisor in the field.

With us, you will become part of Information Management Southwest, a team of eight employees who are passionate about structure, order, and development. We are a close-knit group that is happy to help each other and build knowledge together.

The position is based in Gothenburg, and you will work closely with our clients, at the client's office, with the possibility of combining this with remote work depending on the nature of the assignment.

Qualifications

• University education in archival science with at least 60 credits or equivalent higher-level education
• Several years of experience as an archivist, electronic archivist, IT archivist, or a similar role
• Fluent in Swedish (speaking and writing)

Meritorious

• Experience in training staff
• Experience from implementing new business systems and establishing information and document management plans

You are humble and meticulous, and thrive working with varied tasks in a daily routine that rarely looks the same.
