Miss Mary of Sweden is on a journey from a traditional marketing department to a modern content and growth team. We have tripled our size over the last five years – and now we are looking for a Senior Video & Content Producer who wants to help build the next chapter.

This role is for you if you combine top-tier technical expertise with genuine commercial thinking. If you understand that the most beautiful clip in the world is worthless if it doesn't deliver. And if you want to help set the standard for how Miss Mary communicates with its customers in the future, across markets worldwide.

About the role

You play a key role in raising the quality, efficiency, and creative level of our content. This means not just producing – it means building structures, developing workflows, and being the technical backbone of a team that is growing rapidly. Creative direction and concepts are owned by the Senior Art Director; you own the technical execution, production quality, and the processes that allow the entire team to deliver more and better.

You work closely with the Senior Art Director, Performance, CRM, and Brand teams, and have significant freedom to influence how we produce and distribute content moving forward – including for our international markets.

In practice, this means you:

• Are responsible for and drive more advanced video production, including motion graphics.
• Develop templates, workflows, and efficient production processes that increase the entire team's capacity.
• Create content for Meta, CRM, web, and campaigns – tailored to the right platform, format, and market.
• Contribute technical expertise in video, audio, color grading, and motion graphics.
• Build reusable assets and scale content for multiple markets, supported by AI and automation.
• Support and inspire the team to reach a higher creative and technical level.

We are looking for someone who:

• Master Premiere Pro at an advanced level and has good experience with After Effects or similar for motion graphics.
• Has solid experience with color grading and audio processing.
• Has a trained eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual expression – you know exactly why a clip works or doesn't, and can fix it.
• Understands how content needs to be adapted and optimized for different platforms, formats, and markets.
• Is technically knowledgeable and curious about AI and automation – seeing them as a natural way to produce more, better, and more efficiently, in line with international growth.
• Is self-sufficient, structured, and enjoys taking ownership of both process and delivery.

It is an advantage if you have experience from e-commerce, D2C, or performance-driven content production, building production processes in a fast-growing team, and producing content for multiple international markets. But most importantly, you must understand the connection between creative content and business results.
