We are now looking for an IT Facility Manager for a position in the public sector. This is a role for you who has experience in IT facility management, business-oriented system support, and coordination between business operations and IT.

In this role, you will lead, coordinate, and further develop IT facility management with a focus on school systems and digital solutions. You will become a key link between the business operations and IT, where you are responsible for planning facility activities, supporting digital development, and ensuring that system support functions in an efficient and secure manner.

The assignment suits you if you are structured, confident in your role, and accustomed to driving issues forward in an environment with multiple contact points.

Your main responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Lead and coordinate IT facility management related to the business's systems.
• Plan, prioritize, and follow up on facility activities.
• Act as a link between business operations, IT, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Support the business in matters related to system support and digital development.
• Work with the management of school systems and associated processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and work with information security.
• Plan and drive assignments, activities, and smaller projects within IT facility management.
• Work with configuration in, for example, Google Cloud/Classroom or IST Administration.
• Handle and coordinate issues related to integrations, for example via SS12000.
• Contribute to the structure, quality, and development of IT facility management.

To be successful in this role, you need

• You have experience working as an IT facility manager.
• You have experience in the management of school systems.
• You have experience in risk assessments and information security.
• You have experience in project management and planning of assignments.
• You have experience in configuration in Google Cloud/Classroom or IST Administration.
• You have experience with integrations via SS12000.
• You have fluent skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
