RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an engaged and confident Pre-school Class and Year 1-3 Teacher (F3) who wants to help create an inspiring and developmental school environment for our students. As a teacher with us, you play a vital role in the students' first school years, helping to lay the foundation for their knowledge development, security, and love of learning.

You will work closely with colleagues, students, and guardians in an operation characterized by collaboration, responsibility, and a positive work climate. We are looking for someone who is clear in their leadership, has a genuine interest in children's development, and wants to create inclusive teaching where all students have the opportunity to succeed.

Responsibilities

As an F3 Teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching based on the curriculum and the school's steering documents. You work to create a safe, structured, and stimulating learning environment where students feel motivated and involved in their learning.

The position includes, among other things:

  • Planning and conducting teaching in Pre-school Class and Years 1-3
  • Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Adapting teaching to students' different needs and prerequisites
  • Working with students' knowledge-based and social development
  • Documenting and following up on students' learning
  • Holding development meetings and maintaining ongoing contact with guardians
  • Collaborating with colleagues, student health services, and other school staff
  • Actively participating in the school's development work

You work with varied pedagogical methods and contribute to creating teaching that sparks curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning in students.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and has a positive attitude towards students, colleagues, and guardians. You are a confident leader in the classroom and have the ability to build good relationships and clear structures.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

  • Are a certified teacher with qualifications for Pre-school Class and Years 1-3
  • Have strong pedagogical skills and understanding of students' different needs
  • Are clear, structured, and solution-oriented
  • Have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work climate
  • Can create security and study peace in the classroom
  • Have good communication skills with students and guardians
  • Are flexible and can adapt teaching to different situations and needs
  • Have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have experience working in Pre-school Class and Years 1-3, as well as knowledge in special education, language-developing approaches, or digital learning tools.
