About the Position

Responsibilities

We are looking for a licensed pedagogical professional (Grades F-3) to work in a flexible group. The assignment involves creating a safe, structured, and predictable learning environment where instruction is adapted to individual needs. The work takes place in close collaboration with student health services, colleagues, and guardians.

You will work in a smaller teaching group for students in need of special support. You collaborate with colleagues in a non-hierarchical manner and are attentive to students, all for the benefit of the students. We are seeking an engaged and secure pedagogical professional for our multicultural school.

At our school, we actively work with PALS (Positive Behavioral Support in Schools) as part of our values-based work and have a clear focus on language-developing approaches in all subjects. PALS is a school-wide, preventive values-based work aimed at creating a safe, calm, and inclusive learning environment for all students.

You are a clear leader in the classroom, have a good ability to build relationships, and view students' linguistic and social development as a natural part of teaching. As a person, you are engaged, team-oriented, and contribute to a positive work climate. You are a secure adult role model with good social skills and an easy ability to build good relationships.

Experience in language-developing teaching and working with heterogeneous student groups is advantageous. Experience working in smaller groups or with adaptations for Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NPF) is advantageous.

You have high expectations for students and a strong belief that everyone can succeed. You adapt instruction based on students' different prerequisites and view school development as a natural part of the teaching role. By clarifying goals and knowledge requirements, you motivate students and create engagement for learning. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

A portion of the position may be within the after-school care activities.
