Description

Grundsund Preschool is located on Skaftö, at the entrance to the community of Grundsund. The preschool consists of two departments where we work closely together. We are now looking for a preschool teacher who sees the opportunities in working at a small preschool. Together with your colleagues, you should be able to take overall responsibility for the preschool and contribute to the quality of the education.

Responsibilities

As a preschool teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the education based on national goals and guidelines, according to the preschool curriculum "Lpfö 18 revised 2025". At our preschool, reflection, planning, follow-up, evaluation, and analysis are important parts of our systematic quality work (SKA) to identify areas for development as well as what is working well.

As a preschool teacher, you are engaged, curious, reflective, and see collaboration as a prerequisite for the work. You want to create optimal learning environments that benefit the development of all children. It is important that you are solution-focused and positive. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Your approach should be characterized by reflection and analysis, and you should constantly challenge both the children and yourself in the learning process. Joy in work and engagement are important to us.

Lysekil Municipality offers free pedagogical lunches as we view the pedagogical meal as important for children's learning. Work clothes and outdoor shoes are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed preschool teacher.

Conditions

• Temporary position for 1 year with possible extension.
• Monthly salary according to agreement, individual salary setting.
