We are now looking for a Property Manager for the Husby/Sollentuna area who wants to contribute to the long-term development of both our properties and our neighborhoods.

About the role

As a Property Manager with us, you have overall responsibility for a portion of our property portfolio – from technical, economic, and operational perspectives. You work closely with tenants, contractors, and colleagues to ensure well-maintained properties and high customer satisfaction.

You lead and develop a team consisting of property technicians, caretakers, and environmental stewards, creating the conditions for an engaged and well-functioning collaboration.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for planned maintenance and ongoing management
• Drive smaller maintenance and improvement projects
• Conduct inspections during move-ins and move-outs
• Work proactively with improvement and investment measures
• Maintain ongoing contact with tenants, authorities, and contractors
• Be responsible for budget, follow-up, and business decisions within your area
• Lead and develop your team in daily work

We are looking for you who

We believe you are a person who thrives with responsibility, likes to create structure, and has an easy time building good relationships. You are solution-oriented, communicative, and motivated by developing both people and properties.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Post-secondary education in property management, or experience we consider equivalent
• Experience in property management and preferably leadership or management experience
• A business-minded and proactive work approach
• A valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car
