Who we are

At the office in Malmö, approximately 950 employees work within several different areas of operation and functions.

The visitor area is a central part of the operations, responsible for receiving booked visits and providing support and guidance to visitors. It is staffed on weekdays between 08:30–15:00. Working hours and staffing may vary depending on the needs of the operations.

Job Description

In the role of Service Officer, you are responsible for receiving booked visits and guiding visitors in the reception. The duties also include administrative tasks such as diary registration, mail handling, orders, and documentation, as well as ensuring that the premises are well-organized when necessary.

The work involves daily contact with both visitors and colleagues and requires a professional attitude, good structure, and the ability to handle varying tasks. This role suits you if you thrive in a service-oriented environment and can work independently while collaborating well with others.

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a six-month probation period. Start date: As soon as possible according to agreement. Location: Malmö.

Basic requirements for the position

  • Completed and approved upper secondary education (attach to your application)
  • At least two years of work experience
  • Documented experience of working in a reception
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office
  • Very good communicative skills in spoken and written Swedish

Other merits for the position

  • Experience of administrative work in public operations or agencies
  • Experience of working in a reception or customer service with high visitor flow
  • Experience of diary registration, mail handling, or document administration
  • Experience of working in several digital systems simultaneously
  • Experience of meeting people in different types of service situations
