We are looking for an experienced HR consultant, HR Business Partner, or HR specialist for an established company located approximately 30 minutes from Borås. Your responsibilities
As an HR consultant, you take broad responsibility for operational HR issues. This means you:
- Support managers in personnel matters, rehabilitation, and employment law.
- Act as a clear HR support in the dialogue between managers and employees.
- Participate in union meetings, cooperation, and minute-taking as needed.
- Work with working environment, audits, follow-ups, and related administration.
- Manage parts of the HR annual calendar, such as employee reviews, salary processes, and salary mapping.
- Contribute to forums related to working environment, gender equality, and other HR-related issues.
- Create better structure in routines, documentation, and working methods.
- Handle personnel administration in systems, digital folders, and some physical documents.
- Serve as a reliable sounding board for managers in an organization with a long history and established ways of working.
An important part of the assignment is that you are confident in the HR role and create clarity regarding responsibilities, priorities, and next steps.
Important details
This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by TNG and hired out to the specific company, or alternatively enter as a sub-consultant via your own company. The assignment is expected to start immediately and run until April 2027, with the possibility of extension.
The assignment is located approximately 30 minutes from Borås. You need to be on-site around three days a week and as needed, as the role relies heavily on proximity to the operations and managers. The company has approximately 140 employees, and you will report to the Finance Manager. The scope is flexible but should be at least 80 percent.
Our expectations
We are looking for you who have several years of HR experience and are confident in a broad, operational role. You may have worked as an HR consultant, HR Business Partner, HR specialist, HR generalist, or interim HR consultant. What is important is that you are used to supporting managers with personnel matters and thrive close to the business operations.
You have a good understanding of employment law, rehabilitation, working environment, and union cooperation. Experience with collective agreements, production, IF Metall, or similar environments is an advantage. As a person, you are clear, unpretentious, and confident, with the ability to build trust while maintaining direction.
