As a corporate lawyer at Poseidon, you work on a broad scale with both civil law and public law issues, as well as general and specific property law, contract law, construction law, and GDPR. The role is business-oriented and involves working in close collaboration with various parts of the organization.

The responsibilities include:

• Acting as a legal advisor and providing support and guidance to the company's operations in various types of legal matters and work processes.
• Representing the company as an agent in legal matters before courts and authorities.
• Coordinating when external counsel is engaged, for example in disputes and other legal issues.
• Serving as the company's data protection contact and liaison to the Data Protection Officer, and responsible for coordinating the company's data protection work.
• Supporting operations in matters regarding public access to information, confidentiality, and disclosure of documents.
• Conducting internal training and providing information on current issues.
• Serving as the company's legal competence in group-wide contexts.

Analytical and solution-oriented lawyer with experience from complex operations

We are looking for you who have a Swedish law degree and at least seven years of experience in qualified legal work from a company or law firm. You should have experience with public access to information and confidentiality, tenancy law, contract law, construction law, and knowledge of GDPR. If you have previously worked in a property management company or have experience working in a court, we consider this advantageous. You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
