ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are looking for an engaged colleague for a permanent position at 78% for our client in Luleå. The position involves working with double assistance every day between 07:00–21:00, so you always have support from a colleague in your daily work.

Work shifts are scheduled on weekdays and weekends (2 out of 5 weekends). For us, your security is important, which is why night work will only become relevant after a longer period of employment when you feel completely secure in your role with the client.

The working hours are as follows:

• 07:00-20:00

• 08:00-21:00

• 07:00-15:00

Start date is by agreement, and we would prefer that you can start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a woman in her 40s who needs your help as an assistant to live the good life she desires. As an assistant, you help her in everyday life with various tasks and activities, motivating her to participate according to her conditions.

Taking walks and going out to various activities are examples of things our client enjoys doing together with you as an assistant. Our client needs your help in her daily life as she has autism and limited verbal ability. She communicates through body language, single words, and sounds, and uses, among other things, PECS to express her wishes and needs.

The duties include:

• Support with daily routines and household chores

• Help with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals

• Support with communication.

The client uses weekly schedules, a handheld computer, and PECS for communication.

We are looking for you who are a secure, sensitive, and patient person with a natural ability to create a meaningful everyday life for others. Since the role involves close collaboration with a colleague, we place great emphasis on you being a good team player.

To thrive in the role, we would like you to have a pedagogical approach and a good understanding of the challenges that may follow autism. You are communicative and have the ability to read body language as our client has limited verbal ability. Personal suitability is the most important factor.

As a person, you are active and enjoy joining walks and outings, while also being sensitive to when the client needs quiet and peace.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Previous experience working as a personal assistant in a similar field

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience with Autism and/or epilepsy

Employment percentage: 1 permanent position at 78%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will include both an extract from the criminal record and an extract from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so the order should be placed well in advance.
