You lead the pedagogical work together with colleagues in a dedicated team. Together, you plan, implement, document, and follow up on the education based on the preschool curriculum. Our preschools are nicely located in the multicultural Biskopsgården, close to Sjumilaparken and beautiful natural areas. In our approach and view of humanity, we are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy. At our preschools, the whole world comes together under one roof, and we are curious about norms, values, and multiculturalism. We work language-promoting according to the Biskopsgården Model, which aims to strengthen children's vocabulary and language use through cross-professional collaboration. We work with "Building Bridges" and also collaborate with the police in a three-year project that we recently launched, as well as in dialogue meetings together with guardians. Our departments are age-segregated, and as a pedagogue, you follow the children from introduction to school start. In this way, we create the best conditions for building bridges between the preschool, children, and guardians.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a confident leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developmental environment where children can develop at their own pace.

You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the activity according to the preschool curriculum and other governing documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and are comfortable using digital tools in your work.

It is meritorious if you have experience working with children with special needs.
