About Us

Micasa Fastigheter builds, manages, and develops properties with care. We are part of the public housing sector in Stockholm City. Our mission is to offer accessible housing for the city's elderly and other groups prioritized by the city on the housing market.

Micasa Fastigheter has been given an expanded mandate by Stockholm City and will need to build and renovate our property portfolio. We are growing as a company and on this dynamic journey, we face great opportunities! We are now looking for an HR Student who wants to help build the Stockholm of the future!

About the Role

As an HR Student, you belong to the HR unit within the Business Support department, reporting to the HR Unit Manager. In the role of HR Student, you will work closely with our two HR Partners, relieving them of various administrative tasks, primarily within the competence supply area but also in other areas.

The tasks will include among other things:

• Pre-, on-, and offboarding.
• Recruitment.
• Support in the work with employee surveys and pulse measurements.
• Update personnel systems and personnel files.
• Training planning and administration (plan for training, send invitations, book premises, etc.).
• Other personnel administration.

As an HR Student, we would like you to be able to work approximately 15 hours per week, based on a schedule that suits you and your studies.

We would prefer that you can start at the end of the summer before studies begin.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• are currently studying a post-secondary education in HR/personnel issues with at least 1.5 years remaining of your studies.
• have experience of HR work such as previous internship experience or part-time work, or alternatively relevant administrative experience.
• have good digital skills.
• have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

We are looking for an HR Student who is structured, communicative, and proactive. You enjoy collaborating with others, have an eye for detail, and dare to take own initiatives to drive the work forward.
