ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant on a temporary basis, extra when needed, for our client in central Luleå. We are looking for four people who want to work extra as a substitute. A temporary position that can lead to a permanent part-time position of approx. 50%. This might suit you if you are studying or have another job during the day. But there is a chance for a lot of work!

Working hours vary between day, evening, and night, including both awake nights and on-call nights. This applies to weekdays and weekends, all year round.

Start date is by agreement, and we would like you to be able to start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client likes to be out doing various activities such as walking, watching TV, and listening to music. Our client needs your help as an assistant in their daily life as they are wheelchair-bound.

The duties include:

  • Support with daily routines, such as household chores.
  • Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals.
  • Mobility/transfers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language – both spoken and written.
  • Non-smoker.

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Driver's license and access to a personal car.
  • Experience working in healthcare and social care.
  • Tolerance for pets.

Employment level: Temporary substitute when needed + chance for part-time.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and/or submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
