Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Product Lead.

What You Will Work On

• Lead the Digital Engineering workstream from planning through execution and delivery
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependency structures
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
• Ensure alignment between track execution and broader initiative objectives
• Manage risks, blockers, issues, and escalation processes
• Drive execution and maintain predictable delivery progress
• Facilitate decision-making and support leadership governance processes
• Prepare and present status updates to senior stakeholders and initiative leadership
• Support transformation, organizational readiness, and change adoption activities
• Monitor quality, delivery outcomes, and business alignment
• Build collaboration and accountability across participating teams

What You Bring

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in program leadership, transformation, or delivery management
• Proven experience leading complex initiatives and coordinating cross-functional execution
• Strong expertise in digital transformation and organizational change initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to define scope, milestones, and delivery governance structures
• Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and execution capabilities
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, and issue resolution processes
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and drive delivery outcomes
• Experience operating in complex business and technology environments
• Strong facilitation and problem-solving capabilities
• Comfortable navigating matrix organizations and multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
