This is a business-close role where you work in the borderland between business and technology. You help customers identify opportunities, drive change, and ensure that AI initiatives become a natural part of the organization's daily routine.

Among other things, you will:

• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities together with the business
• Lead workshops and needs analyses
• Map and develop processes
• Drive change work related to AI initiatives
• Translate technology into business and commercial value
• Support organizations in translating AI into concrete working methods

We believe you have:

• Experience in business development and change management
• Experience in process work and needs analysis
• Ability to work in the borderland between business and technology
• Experience in leading workshops and facilitating dialogues
• Good understanding of AI's possibilities and how the technology can create business benefit

It is meritorious if you also have experience with:

• Power BI
• Copilot Studio or Azure AI Studio
• Miro or FigJam
• Lean-inspired working methods
• AI tools for analysis and automation

The role requires that you can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. This is a prerequisite for success in our customer dialogues and in the team.
