We are looking for someone who wants to become part of our team and work with us towards set goals. You share the view that every moment in daily life is a training opportunity, and you want to be a supportive part of that. You have patience, a positive attitude, and you are looking for an active and meaningful part-time job.

Before you start the position, you will receive a thorough introduction where you will learn everything you need to know.

The position includes working every other weekend during the day from 08:00 to 17:00, but we would also appreciate it if you had the availability to step in as a substitute when needed!

Some important details:

• We are looking for a woman, aged 20–45.
• You need to have a driver's license and access to a car, as I live about a 20-minute drive outside of Trosa.
• We apply individual salary setting + OB supplement according to the collective agreement.
• It is a plus if you like dogs, as we have four-legged friends in the family.
• You need to be injury-free and in good physical shape.

A prerequisite for starting an employment with us at SAAND Assistans is that you, as the applicant, can present a valid ID document and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

In accordance with legislation, we as employers are required to request a background check from all employees who are to work as personal assistants for a child under 18 years old. To ensure security for our clients at SAAND Assistans, we obtain extracts from the criminal record register for all those we hire. Therefore, you need to present an extract from the police's criminal record register prior to any potential employment.
