Travel Project Manager to Luleå – Concrete & Steel

We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong technical competence and a proven ability to lead complex construction projects from start to finish.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you hold overall responsibility for the project execution – from planning and control to monitoring and delivery. You are responsible for the economy, schedule, quality, and work environment, and you lead the project team towards set goals.

You work systematically with ETC (Estimated Total Cost) management and financial follow-up, ensuring that the project is driven according to current contracts and regulations.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or Higher Education in Engineering
• Very good knowledge of AB 04 and ABT 06 (Swedish standard construction contracts)
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager with similar responsibilities
• Experience in driving projects with a turnover of at least 100 MSEK
• Experience with both concrete and steel structures
• Good proficiency in ETC management and financial follow-up
• Experience working in AutoCAD and Revit

Concrete Class 1 certification is a merit.
