About the Role

In this role, you will have an administrative position focused on structure, data management, and daily coordination with the company's technicians. The role involves many contact points, and you will become an important part of the daily operational flow. You will join a small, close-knit team where everyone works closely together, helps each other out, and navigates a business in change and system transitions.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly inventories and support daily warehouse administration
• Review invoices and register and handle information in the case management system
• Administer and process closed cases
• Ensure high data quality through updates, data cleaning, and ongoing system maintenance
• Responsible for the setup and administration of articles in the system
• Have daily dialogue and close collaboration with the company's technicians to ensure a smooth operational flow

About You

We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and thrives in a role where you handle multiple tasks in parallel. You have good computer skills and preferably some prior administrative experience, but you can also be at the beginning of your administrative career, as long as you have the right drive and attitude. Since Still Sparkling Solutions is a smaller company, it is important that you are unpretentious, flexible, and enjoy an environment where people help each other.

Requirements for the position:

• You communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing
• You have good computer skills and feel confident working in the Office suite

Start date: According to agreement
Employment type: Consulting assignment until 1/9-2027
Scope: Full-time
Location: Stockholm, Alvik
Working hours: 8-17, three days/week with the possibility of flexitime
