About the Assignment

The assignment involves assisting a wheelchair-bound young man with multiple disabilities who requires total care. The client is a real joy-bringer with a great sense of humor, and you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in his daily life.

As an assistant, you will support and accompany our client in his daily life, where you need to keep a childlike spirit and be able to create a positive and supportive atmosphere. Experience with multiple disabilities is a significant advantage.

Working Hours and Location

Working hours vary, including daytime, evening, and weekends, which may involve long shifts of up to 13 hours. The client lives with his parents in Torslanda, Gothenburg. We are looking for a sustainable assistant who can create a safe and supportive environment for our client.

About You

Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing is a requirement, and you should be flexible enough to work both weekdays and weekends. Requirements and Application

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at SAAND Assistance is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

According to legislation, we as employers are required to request a certificate of good conduct from all employees who are to work as personal assistants for a child under 18. To ensure the safety of our clients at SAAND Assistance, we obtain extracts from the criminal record register for all those we employ. Therefore, you will need to present a certificate from the police's criminal record register prior to any potential employment.
