We are now looking for a Payroll Coordinator for our client in an international and dynamic environment where you will play a key role in ensuring quality, structure, and efficiency in global payroll processes. This role is perfect for you if you thrive at the intersection of operational control, process development, and extensive collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Here you are offered a broad and developmental role with significant responsibility for ensuring that payroll deliveries are accurate, timely, and in compliance with current regulations.

The assignment is an interim position of approximately 6 months with immediate start, where you work as a consultant via Vindex on-site at our client's office.

Location: On-site in Stockholm

About the role

As a Payroll Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating and ensuring the quality of payroll processes in multiple countries within an outsourced setup. You act as the central contact point for external partners and ensure that payroll deliveries are carried out according to plan, with high accuracy and good control.

The role has a clear focus on data collection, control, process development, and continuous improvements.

Main responsibilities

• Communication with external partners and ensuring efficient coordination.
• Ensuring accurate and timely payroll deliveries in multiple countries.
• Coordinating monthly payroll runs and deadlines.
• Performing checks, reconciliations, and quality assurance of payroll data.
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Managing payroll-related data from HRIS systems.
• Collaborating with internal and external contacts in daily work.

Qualifications

• Experience with global payroll, preferably in an outsourced environment.
• Good understanding of payroll processes, controls, and regulations.
• Experience working in HR and payroll systems.
• Accustomed to reconciliations, analysis, and data quality assurance.
• Very good skills in Excel and good system understanding.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
