Personal Assistant for Person with Multiple Disabilities in Trollhättan

We are looking for a stable person who is self-assured, has a structured personality, and can be a support to the user. As a personal assistant, you will help a person with multiple disabilities with their daily living activities (ADL), such as showering, dressing and undressing, changing diapers, brushing teeth, feeding, cooking, cleaning, as well as indoor and outdoor activities.
The work involves day and night shifts with varying schedules according to the roster. You must be available to be called in outside of regular working hours during the day.
It is important that you do not view this profession as a temporary job, but that you truly have a passion for helping people. We are looking for someone who is mature, resilient, cooperative, works well in a team, is meticulous, flexible, and enjoys exercising and staying active. However, your personal suitability is the most important factor. You must have good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You should also live close to Trollhättan.
