Quality Manager at Aspen Home Care

Do you want to combine practical work within home care with quality and development work in a growing operation? This position is new to us and can also be combined with studies, perhaps in economics or law?

Aspen Home Care is now looking for an engaged and responsible Quality Manager who wants to help develop our operations together with the Operations Manager and other employees.

With us, you will have an important and varied role where you work both with quality assurance and out in the field with our customers. We are looking for you who have a genuine commitment to quality, structure, and good care, and who wish to contribute to ensuring that work is performed according to current guidelines, routines, and quality requirements.

About the Position

The position is divided into:

• Approximately 50% quality and development work
• Approximately 50% work on-site with customers within home care

The position can also be structured part-time, for example, alongside studies.

The role involves close collaboration with the Operations Manager, where you act as support in quality matters, follow-ups, and development work, while also maintaining a significant presence in the field.

We see it as a major strength that quality work is closely linked to practical work with our customers. This contributes to ensuring that care maintains high quality and is performed according to current guidelines, routines, and regulations.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Work together with the Operations Manager on quality work and operational development
• Follow up that work with customers is performed according to implementation plans, routines, and guidelines
• Act as a support to staff regarding quality, documentation, and working methods
• Participate in self-inspections, deviation management, and follow-ups
• Contribute to the creation and updating of routines and processes
• Ensure that the operation works according to current laws and regulations
• Work practically within home care and perform care interventions for customers
• Contribute to safety, continuity, and good quality for our customers

We are looking for you who

• Have experience within healthcare and social care, preferably in home care
• Have a good understanding of quality work and working methods within care
• Are responsible, structured, and solution-oriented
• Have good collaboration skills and can work independently
• Are confident in documentation and have good computer skills
• Have a genuine commitment to people and high-quality care
• Have very good knowledge of the systems Carefox and Lifecare – this is a requirement for the position

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Coordinating or administrative roles
• Quality work within healthcare and social care
• Management systems and self-inspections
• The Social Services Act (SoL) and relevant regulations
