About the Implementation Manager Role

As an Implementation Manager at Avy, you will take on a key role in the Delivery team with the purpose of developing customer dialogues, maximizing business value, and ensuring that customers go live smoothly, efficiently, and with the right expectations. Your tasks will consist of leading implementation projects from start to finish and ensuring that the delivery maintains high quality, correct scope, and schedule. You will drive integration projects towards the customer's existing systems, such as property management systems, case management, booking systems, and CRM.

Furthermore, you are responsible for mapping the customer's system environment, translating technical requirements into clear action plans, and adapting Avy's platform to the customer's needs to optimize the offering. Throughout the process, you ensure clear communication regarding status, risks, and decisions. You document changes and actively contribute to further developing Avy's working methods and processes.

You will become a central part of the project organization and act as the link between technology, business, and the customer. Here you will have significant responsibility, close internal collaboration, and good opportunities to grow along with the company. You will be based at Avy's office in Stockholm.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live, with full responsibility for schedule, scope, and quality.
• Be responsible for integration projects towards the customer's existing systems (e.g., property management systems, case management, booking, and CRM).
• Be responsible for and map the customer's system environment and translate technical requirements into action plans, including configuration and adaptation of the platform to optimize the offering.
• Ensure clear communication regarding status, risks, and decision points to all relevant stakeholders.
• Document scope and changes and contribute to developing and improving working methods, processes, and delivery methodology.

About you

To succeed in the role, you have previous experience implementing and configuring business systems, such as ERP, CRM, property management systems, or case management systems. Experience within SaaS implementation is considered an asset. You possess a good technical understanding of systems, data flows, and integrations such as APIs, webhooks, and data models. If you also have interest and experience with AI agents and automation, and/or experience from the real estate industry, PropTech, or consulting firms within system implementation, it is a bonus. Furthermore, you are used to working on a consulting basis close to the customer, where you have confidently driven projects independently with clear structure and business focus. You are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

As a person, you are business-driven, clear, and quickly build trust with the customer, understand their needs, and drive projects forward. You are communicative and professional in your demeanor, while also being clear, daring to set boundaries, and demanding when necessary. Furthermore, you are responsible and take great ownership of your projects, work proactively, and ensure progress even when challenges arise. You thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment with high tempo, and have a strong technical interest—especially within AI and automation.

Important for the role:

• Experience implementing and configuring business systems, e.g., ERP, CRM, property management systems, or case management systems.
• Good technical understanding of systems, data flows, and integrations (APIs, webhooks, data models).
• Used to working close to the customer, where you have confidently driven projects independently with clear structure and business focus.
• Strong business acumen and technical understanding where you are used to handling multiple parallel projects and customer contacts.
• Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.

Advantageous for the role:

• Experience from the real estate industry or PropTech, or alternatively a background from a consulting firm that has worked with system implementation.
• Experience with case management, system support linked to processes.
• Experience with SaaS implementation, as a provider, consultant, or internal project manager.
• Interest and experience with AI agents and automation.
