Do you want to work for me this summer? If we get along, there is an opportunity to work as a casual substitute in the autumn.

I am a 26-year-old social and outgoing guy living with my family. I enjoy spending time with friends, and my family means a lot to me! I have a great interest in music and play the guitar as much as I can! I swim regularly and do many other activities outside the home. My disabilities mean that I need personal assistance with all my basic needs, but it is equally important to help me develop and pursue my interests. With your help, I will be able to live spontaneously and do what I feel like doing.

I am looking for you who are engaged and responsible in what you do, as well as flexible in your approach to work. You will assist me both at home, during leisure time, at day activities, and during short-term stays. Your workplace is where I am, so you should be able to travel/go to camps with me and adapt to new situations.

I need cognitive support to feel secure, and for communication purposes, it is important that you are attentive to my signals and speak good Swedish. I would appreciate it if you shared my interests and were therefore a person who values communication highly, has lots of energy, is creative and resourceful, and has the ability to take initiative and see what needs to be done. If you can play the guitar, that would be super fun, but it is not a requirement.

You should have a generally good physical condition as there is some lifting and moving involved in the work. I require you to be a non-smoker.

Scope: Summer substitute position with scheduled working hours during the day, evening, night, and weekends, with a scope of 75-100%. If we get along, you are welcome to continue working as a casual employee in the autumn.

About the recruitment process: We are in continuous contact with interesting candidates, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. The background check is conducted entirely on your terms - you perform the check yourself and get to see the results. You then choose whether you want to forward the information to us or cancel.
