We are looking for a student for a part-time position of approximately 50%, starting after the summer. The assignment lasts for about a year and is particularly suitable for you who are studying economics and want to combine your studies with a rewarding part-time job. The need at our client is greatest at the beginning and end of each month, making this role ideal for you who are looking for flexible part-time work alongside your studies.

Our client has their office in Frölunda, and the work is performed primarily on-site together with colleagues.

About the role

In this role, you will work broadly with ongoing accounting and related financial tasks. You will become an important part of the daily financial work and are expected to quickly familiarize yourself with routines and work independently with a high degree of responsibility.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Some coding of supplier invoices
• Handling employer and VAT returns
• Managing tax accounts, including bookings and payments to the Swedish Tax Agency
• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Importing and booking payroll files
• Work related to year-end closing, such as accruals and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts

Suitable background

We are looking for you who have experience with similar accounting tasks from before. You are fluent in Swedish and English and find it easy to get into new business systems.

As a person, you are driven, proactive, and responsible. You work in a structured manner, take ownership of your tasks, and deliver with quality. We also believe that you thrive in a flexible and flat hierarchy environment where people help and support each other when needed.

The position is particularly suitable for you who are studying economics at a college or university and are looking for a qualified part-time job alongside your studies, especially during periods with higher workload at the beginning and end of the month.
