RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to help create a meaningful and secure everyday life for our children? At Lundagården Preschool, section Körtbärsdalen, you will become part of a welcoming and dedicated staff group.

Together with your colleagues, you create conditions for children's learning and development by supporting the individual child. Your work creates a secure, fun, and educational environment for our children, and you are an important part of the children's daily life and development. You also play a contributing role in the development of the operation.

Körtbärsdalen is a smaller section for children who need more support in their development and learning. Here, you have the opportunity to work in a smaller context where you will be challenged in your pedagogical leadership every day. Together with your colleagues, you create opportunities for all children to develop based on their prerequisites and functional levels.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be a qualified preschool teacher or alternatively a qualified teacher for early years with a focus on preschool.

We see that you, applying for this position, have knowledge and experience of:

• Neurodevelopmental disorders (NPF diagnoses)
• Supporting Communication (TAKK) and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
• Signs as Support (TSS)
• Low-arousal approach
• Clarifying pedagogy
• Work within preschool

You have a positive attitude where the child is always in focus and treat everyone with care and respect. You are secure, stable, and a good role model who can turn challenges into opportunities. In your work, you are flexible, clear, and structured, and you are engaged in supporting children in need of special support. You are responsive and collaborate well with colleagues and guardians, and you see the value of continuous cooperation and development together with children, colleagues, parents, and other partners.

The children are at the center, which means great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Production of an extract from the criminal record is a requirement prior to employment.
