Arcos Hydraulik is now looking for an Account Manager with a Passion for Sales and Customer Meetings!
Are you a business-driven relationship builder who thrives when you are close to the customer, understand their operations, and create long-term collaborations? Arcos Hydraulik is now looking for an Account Manager who wants to represent a company with strong technical competence and high quality in everything they do. Here you will have the opportunity to work with advanced hydraulic cylinders for the industry's most demanding applications – and at the same time be a key player in our continued growth journey.
Your role:
As an Account Manager at Arcos, you are our primary ambassador in the field. You plan your own customer visits and trips, which are a natural part of the role. You actively work on identifying new business opportunities, developing existing customer relationships, and driving sales forward. You have significant autonomy and freedom to structure your work week so that you meet your goals – and preferably exceed them.
You will:
Work on-site with customers and represent Arcos with a clear business focus and sensitivity to the customer's challenges. You manage your own customer portfolio, plan your travels, and fill your days with customer meetings where you listen to needs, present opportunities, and build relationships that last. You develop business through a high market presence to find solutions that benefit both the customer and us as suppliers. In close dialogue with our internal teams, you create customer-specific proposals and ensure that our products meet high standards. You will become a central part of strengthening our market position and contributing to continued growth through clarity, engagement, and a genuine interest in people.
You are:
A person who thrives in a role with a clear focus on new customer acquisition and creating strong, long-term relationships. You have experience in B2B sales, preferably from a technical or industrial environment, and you appreciate the freedom to plan your own work. You have natural drive, positive energy, and a desire to create business. You like being on the road, meeting customers, and building relationships that make a difference. You are confident in taking initiative, making decisions, and working towards set goals, and you see opportunities where others might see challenges.
