Requirements and qualifications

To succeed in the role, our client sees that you have a stable administrative foundation and feel comfortable with digital working methods, while being able to make well-founded decisions in your daily work.

• High school education
• Administrative experience and good computer skills
• Experience handling sensitive information
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

What does the role entail?

As a lessor for our client, you are responsible for the entire rental process – from when an apartment becomes available until the tenant moves in. You play a key role in ensuring correct handling and contributing to preventing irregularities in the housing market.

• Responsible for the rental process from vacant apartment to move-in
• Rent out apartments and handle contracts and incoming documents
• Work with direct exchanges, subletting, and transfers
• Conduct viewings and provide service via phone, email, and personal meetings
