As our current HR Administrator is going on parental leave, we are now looking for an engaged colleague who wants to take responsibility for recruiting our important hourly substitute teachers for Pysslingen's preschools.

What we offer you

As an HR Administrator with us, you will become an important part of our tight-knit HR team, which today consists of two HR Business Partners and an HR Manager.

The position is located at AcadeMedia's headquarters in central Stockholm, but we offer good opportunities for remote work. A perfect opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, administration, and HR work in a large and stable education group. Your main responsibilities are to handle all or part of the recruitment process for hourly substitutes for our various preschools. You will have close contact with the principals of the preschools.

We are looking for you

We believe you are at the beginning of your HR career. Perhaps you are in the final stages of your Human Resources Management degree (or equivalent) and want to work extra, or you are a recent graduate and want to get a foot in the door of the industry.

• You are structured and communicative.
• You thrive with many contact points and meeting new people.
• Meritorious: It is a big plus if you have previous experience working in preschools.

Other information

• Employment type: Fixed-term employment (parental leave substitute).
• Scope: 50%.
• Start date: As agreed, but no later than September 1, 2026.
