Adecco is currently seeking a consultant for an exciting assignment with one of our clients in Solna. This role offers you the opportunity to become a key member of the client's team during a period of high recruitment volume.

About the Assignment

This is a consultancy position via Adecco, starting in August 2026, with an initial duration of 6 months. You will be deployed to our client to strengthen their recruitment team and ensure efficient, high-quality recruitment processes during a time of high hiring volume.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will independently drive recruitment processes from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with managers and HR, contributing your expertise to ensure professional and business-oriented delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes
• Define job requirements in collaboration with hiring managers
• Job advertising and proactive sourcing
• Screening, interviews, and candidate assessment
• Reference checks and support in the offer process
• Ensure structure, quality, and pace in all processes
• Advise managers on recruitment matters

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or similar)
• Proven experience in independently driving recruitment processes
• Experience managing multiple parallel processes in a high-tempo environment
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Scandinavian languages and English
• Experience with modern recruitment tools and data-driven working methods
