Job Responsibilities

Your main tasks will include:

  • Scheduling customers and handling administration related to the service.
  • Planning assignments and booking customers with our technicians.
  • Providing general handyman assistance when needed.
  • Assembling furniture, shelves, pictures, and mirrors.
  • Installing TVs, routers, and other home electronics.
  • Assembling grills, trampolines, and garden furniture.

Qualifications (Requirements)

  • Practical experience as a DIY enthusiast, craftsman, or property caretaker.
  • Proficient with tools and enjoy practical work.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) (required).
  • Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Service-oriented, detail-oriented, and punctual.

Meritorious Qualifications

  • Experience from the service industry (retail, customer service, hospitality).
  • Previous administrative experience (scheduling, customer contact).
