Are you a social and service-oriented salesperson looking for a varied job with lots of customer contact? Then we might be looking for you as our new Product Specialist/Salesperson in Stockholm!

Responsibilities:

You will be in contact with new and existing customers and work to create new business opportunities – all to expand our operations in and around Stockholm. You will also support other parts of the region with sales efforts as needed. You will actively work on visiting new and existing customers.

The role of Product Specialist/Salesperson includes the following tasks:

• Working with quotations and order processing
• Maintaining continuous communication with customers to base solutions on their needs.
• Actively developing existing and new customers
• Conducting exhibitions
• Conducting training sessions
• Product support for our customers
• Customer visits

The work is done both from the office and at customer sites, so you must thrive in close contact with our customers. You should listen to customers' needs and requests and always do your utmost to provide the best possible advice and support. The role also includes phone and email support. The position involves some travel with overnight stays, which are often planned (approx. 10–20 overnight stays per year).

About You:

• You are a driven and positive person with a good attitude; the right attitude is key. You should be solution-oriented and focused.
• We prefer that you have a technical background and can easily absorb technical information, specifications, and manual info to find the right solution for customers.
• You have the ability to understand customers' needs, requirements, and wishes to help them find the right product.
• You have good IT skills.
• You are structured in your work.
• You take initiative.
• You keep your promises; you are honest and reliable.
• You are direct in your communication and good at collaborating.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English.
• You enjoy traveling, can travel without problems, and can work from home with overnight stays when needed.
• You have a valid driver's license (Category B).
