About the Job

Norlandia Preschool Skölsta and Karlsro is looking for casual staff! We are looking for you who want to work to spread security and joy together with children and educators. You are preferably a qualified childcare worker and have a great commitment and joy of work. You easily establish good contacts with children, guardians, and educators. You want to contribute to creating an inspiring pedagogical environment for play, teaching, development, and learning.

What does the job as a casual staff member at Norlandia Preschools Skölsta involve?

You will perform standard tasks for childcare workers. It is important that you are flexible and that we have high demands on good communication to ensure that information gets through. Together with the work team, you contribute to the teaching and support the educators in their daily work. You meet everyday life with joy and drive. You enjoy conducting teaching both indoors and outdoors. We place great emphasis on competence, sense of responsibility, respectful approach, and commitment.

Scope: Varying hours

Working hours: Daytime

Start date: Immediately

We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
