Primary School Teacher for Högelidsskolan F-6

Högelidsskolan F-6 has a total of approximately 320 students. The school is located in a pleasant area with access to green spaces and an athletics arena. Here, we actively work to ensure that our students feel safe, both with themselves and in functioning within different groups/constellations. We organize ourselves with three educators linked to each grade level. We call this the "tripple system," and this organization gives us the opportunity to work with flexible teaching groups.

For the autumn term, we are now looking for a primary school teacher for instruction in grades F-3.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a primary school teacher, you will be a mentor in a grade level together with two colleagues and be responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of lessons.

In this role, you shape the teaching from a holistic perspective where students are encouraged to want to and dare to try methods and solutions, as well as develop confidence in their abilities in various contexts. You also recognize the importance of differentiating the teaching setup and lesson content based on the needs of the student group.

As a mentor, you also conduct development talks and maintain continuous contact with guardians. You are responsible for documenting students' knowledge development and are well-versed in LGR22 (the Swedish curriculum for compulsory school). You are part of the lower primary school team.

The position is full-time, permanent, and starts on August 11, 2026.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the position, we are looking for you who are a certified primary school teacher with qualifications for younger age groups.

You have the ability to build good relationships with both students, guardians, and colleagues. As an educator, you are a clear leader in the classroom, structured, flexible, and able to inspire and motivate students with your teaching. We also see that you are development-oriented with the ability to plan, document, and evaluate the activity based on current guidelines.

A B-category driver's license is a requirement for the position.
