Your new role

To our insurance client, we are now looking for a senior consultant within commercial negotiation and property agreements for a part-time assignment of 25% during the period August–December 2026.

The assignment involves support in strategic renegotiations of existing agreements related to property and facility management, where you are expected to contribute both business acumen and strong negotiation skills.

You will primarily work with:

• Renegotiation of current lease agreements (approx. 160 MSEK/year)
• Support regarding FM agreements with Sodexo
• Related issues concerning premises and agreements linked to sister companies
• Commercial advisory and negotiation support within the property and FM sector

To be successful in this role, you need

• Documented experience in commercial negotiations within property and lease agreements
• Thorough understanding of FM services and associated supplier agreements
• Ability to drive complex negotiations at a senior level
• Strong business understanding and habit of working closely with management and decision-makers
• Meritorious: Experience from larger organizations or corporate environments
