Personal Trainer at Fysiken – Full-Time Position

We are now looking for a qualified Personal Trainer for our facilities, where the primary focus is on providing the best solution to meet our customers' needs and desires from a training and health perspective.

The role involves

• A 100% permanent position with a varied schedule, approx. 30–40 hours per week. Probation period applies. Evenings and weekends are included.
• Attendance at staff meetings, check-ins, and training. The role includes clear goals and results that are regularly reviewed with your manager.
• Plan and conduct PT sessions (Individual/Duo and PT Small Group). The number may vary from week to week.
• Schedule personal meetings with leads and conduct customer analyses to sell our services; PT Group/PT Individual and memberships.
• Meet potential customers and attract, develop, and retain profitable customers.
• Strong product knowledge regarding what Fysiken offers in terms of services, price lists, events, and similar.
• Administrative planning, follow-up, and scheduling of your own work.

Fysiken offers

• Flexible schedule and great opportunity to plan your own working hours.
• Fixed base salary between 28,000–33,000 SEK per month, depending on experience, plus commission-based salary on the sale of PT packages.

We are looking for someone who is

• Goal- and result-driven with a strong ambition to deliver high quality.
• An experienced salesperson who also has work experience in training and health.
• Structured with good planning skills.
• A relationship-building person who easily creates good contact with new people.
• Has completed an approved FRISK-licensed PT education. University/college degree is a plus.
• Willing to participate in advertising and comfortable standing in front of a camera talking about yourself and the products we sell.
