Administrative Assistant to Högestad & Christinehof

Are you someone who thrives on order and structure and enjoys keeping the daily administrative work organized? Then this might be the role for you.

On behalf of Högestad & Christinehof, we are now looking for an Administrative Assistant at 50% with a start date no later than June 8th. The assignment is initially a staffing assignment via HIREQ, but with good opportunities for employment directly with Högestad & Christinehof.

About Högestad & Christinehof

With 13,000 hectares of land, Högestad & Christinehof is Scania's largest single forestry and agricultural operation. We manage and develop the work that Christina Piper began in 1747, which has been continued by generations of employees for over 270 years. The operation currently employs about twenty people and is centered at the Högestad estate on Österlen. By striving for biodiversity, living cultural environments, and a good working environment, we create a yield that is economically, ecologically, and socially sustainable.

About the role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will have a varied day-to-day life where you support the operation with ongoing administration and ensure that daily work runs smoothly. You will become an important internal contact person and a natural coordinating function within the operation.

The tasks include among other things:

  • Handling incoming emails and phone calls
  • Ongoing administration and documentation
  • Office services and purchasing of consumables
  • Monthly reconciliations
  • Contact person for IT, telephony, and alarms
  • Support in administrative and practical matters within the operation
Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are structured, self-initiating, and thrive in a role where you take responsibility and juggle multiple threads at once. You have a natural sense of order and are not afraid to jump in where needed.

We believe that you:

  • Have strong administrative skills and work in an organized manner
  • Communicate well both verbally and in writing
  • Are curious and enjoy learning new tasks
  • Are computer literate, primarily in a PC environment
  • Are accustomed to working with digital tools and social media

Previous experience from similar work is meritorious, but we also welcome those who are at the beginning of their careers and thus have less experience. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude and are eager to learn.
