We are now looking for an engaged team member to work during evenings and weekends.

You will be a central part of our operations, acting as the contact person for both our staff and our customers during the weekends. Your main tasks will include handling staffing inquiries via phone, scheduling staff as needed, and ensuring that our customers' needs are met.

Working hours are scheduled Monday–Friday from 05:00–08:00 or 17:00–22:00, Saturday from 06:00–22:00, and Sunday from 06:00–22:00. We prefer that you are available to work 2–3 days per week, including every other weekend. The onboarding process takes place in person at our office in Malmö. Afterward, the work is performed remotely.

• Has previous experience in customer service and/or staffing.
• Is service-oriented and solution-focused.
