Capio Vårdcentral Kista is a health center located in bright, fresh premises a stone's throw from Kista Galleria. Here, you are close to buses, the subway, restaurants, and shops. At our center, a cheerful team of nurses, assistant nurses, doctors, counselors, and medical secretaries work together to care for our approximately 6,000 registered patients. The health center offers a standard doctor's clinic with a light emergency unit, a nurse's clinic, home care services, and a well-functioning psychosocial team. Patients and healthcare staff have the opportunity to initiate contact with each other digitally as well. As a receptionist here, you will be the first person our patients meet, and we know how much it means to have a warm hello and a smile. Here, you will have an important role where you guide patients and visitors with care and engagement. You help with questions and administration and ensure that everyone feels welcome and safe. You are also part of fulfilling our patient promise: One contact, then we take responsibility for the continued care. For us, good treatment and teamwork are a given.

The position is an intermittent fixed-term employment ("hourly employment") with a need for consecutive work weeks during July and August.

We are looking for you who spread joy and care about giving all our patients a positive reception. You are solution-oriented, receptive, and enjoy helping others. Sometimes questions may arise that you need to solve on the spot, and this is something you tackle with calmness and curiosity.

You need to be able to learn how to handle some simpler administrative tools, and if you are familiar with the medical record system TakeCare, it is an extra plus. The role does not require previous healthcare experience - what is important is that you want to learn and thrive in a role where collaboration, service, and engagement are at the center.
