We are currently recruiting a Mechanical Engineer for our client, a company that believes in collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will contribute to delivering solutions that provide real value to their customers, while developing your own technical expertise in an environment that encourages learning and growth.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will take responsibility for the entire design process and contribute to delivering high-quality and reliable solutions:

• Develop concepts and detailed designs in CAD.
• Perform calculations and ensure functionality, safety, and quality.
• Collaborate closely with sales, customers, and suppliers to define and optimize technical solutions.
• Work in dialogue with suppliers to evaluate manufacturability, select components, and support production improvements.
• Participate in design reviews and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, risk assessments, and CE requirements.

As a mechanical designer, you play a key role in developing custom assembly equipment, fixtures, and special solutions – from initial concept to final installation. You work in close collaboration with customers, colleagues, and suppliers, contributing both technical expertise and a strong solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

You will have the opportunity to independently drive smaller projects and actively contribute to larger, cross-functional deliveries.

What you bring

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Several years of experience in mechanical design.
• Strong CAD skills and experience from concept to detailed design.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, standards, and technical documentation.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
