Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager.

What You Will Work On

• Lead and coordinate technical delivery within complex gas turbine projects
• Drive technical project management activities across multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Ensure implementation of technical and contractual requirements
• Coordinate engineering work across electrical, control, mechanical, and process disciplines
• Manage technical issues, risks, and engineering change activities
• Monitor project progress and secure delivery according to scope, schedule, and quality targets
• Support decision-making through technical analysis and structured project governance
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout project execution
• Represent the organization in technical discussions and project forums
• Drive continuous alignment between business goals and technical execution
• Ensure efficient communication and coordination across project functions

What You Bring

• University degree in Engineering from a technical university or equivalent institution
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience within technical projects
• Experience in technical project management or leading technical roles
• Strong ability to independently manage multiple parallel activities and priorities
• Ability to combine technical expertise with business and delivery focus
• Experience driving technical topics and coordinating cross-functional execution
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple organizational levels
• Structured and proactive working style with strong ownership mindset
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing project conditions and requirements
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience from the energy sector is considered highly beneficial
