About Us

Andersson-Piltz AB operates HVB (Hem för vård eller boende) and support housing in Gothenburg. Our HVB home is located in central Gothenburg and accommodates five young people aged 15–20. We work closely with the young people in their daily lives, offering a safe, structured, and relationally grounded environment.

The position places high demands on responsibility, independence, and strong collaboration skills.

We have framework agreements with the City of Gothenburg, its surrounding municipalities, and Eskilstuna.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for you who:

• Have relevant education, such as a degree in Social Work (Social Worker).
• Have experience working with children and young people in vulnerable situations.
• Are confident in yourself, possess good self-awareness, and can remain stable in high-pressure situations.
• Have strong documentation and communication skills.
• Have experience leading staff.
• Understand and have experience with the requirements that authorities and other actors place on our type of operations.
• Hold a valid Category B driver's license.

Merits

• Previous experience from HVB homes or similar environments.
• Knowledge of NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders), trauma, and low-affective handling.
• Experience working independently within smaller teams.

Job Details

Location: Gothenburg

Scope: Part-time/Full-time, permanent position with an initial probationary period.

Start Date: By agreement.

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the police criminal record) must be presented prior to employment.
