We are looking for a Housing Cooperative Accountant in Lund

Your Role

You will work with ongoing accounting, budgeting, annual accounts, and tax returns for housing cooperatives. You will maintain regular contact with the board of each cooperative, acting as their contact person for financial matters. The role also involves presenting budgets and annual accounts at board meetings and general assemblies. Meetings and evening training sessions are part of the position.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in both finance and people. You are business-minded, structured, and self-driven, with excellent teamwork skills. We value someone who is communicative, flexible, and solution-oriented.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for you who have:

• A university degree in economics or equivalent professional experience
• Good experience with accounting, budgeting, and annual accounts
• Experience in the real estate industry
• Experience in board work
• Proficiency in business systems
• Good knowledge of Excel
• A valid driver's license (Category B)

Previous experience working with housing cooperatives is considered a merit.
