Do you want to help create a top-class customer experience where Full, Fresh and Fronted is a natural part of everyday life? Do you have a passion for leadership, efficient working methods, and developing both business and people? Then you could be our next Flow Manager.

About the role

As Flow Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the store's product flow and the mechanical customer interaction. You will become a key person in ensuring that our customers are always met with a well-stocked, inspiring, and pleasant store. The role is both operational and strategic, and you will work closely with your employees to achieve the store's goals together.

You have personnel responsibility and lead, coach, and engage your team through clear working methods and goal-oriented management. Together, you create routines and processes that make product sales smooth, efficient, and sustainable, always with the customer in focus and a strong NPS (Net Promoter Score) as a guiding star.

As part of the store's management group, you are involved in driving the store's development, results, and long-term success. If necessary, you can also cover for the Store Manager during short-term absences.

Main areas of responsibility

  • Ensure efficient and smart routines within the product flow
  • Lead work on continuous improvements, such as CAO, Team Picking, and waste minimization
  • Responsible for staffing and sales planning within the flow processes
  • Drive and monitor KPIs such as NPS, margins, sales, personnel costs, and waste
  • Work with action plans and monitor goals together with the team and management
  • Contribute to the store delivering on the customer promise: affordable, sustainable food joy
  • Ensure a safe and good working environment, both physically and psychosocially
  • Lead, motivate, develop, and monitor your employees

We are looking for you who...

...have experience from the grocery retail industry and thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding work environment. You have documented leadership experience and can demonstrate good results from business with your own profit responsibility. You are used to driving development, creating structure, and working with continuous improvements. You are a leader who helps others grow and has the ability to engage, inspire, and create involvement in the team. You have relevant education or equivalent work experience, and it is an advantage if you have previously held a leadership role in a grocery store.

Why work with us

Here you get the chance to be part of a values-driven organization working from the vision Sweden's most important consumer force and the promise "Together we give every member more". We offer a workplace where engagement, collaboration, and development are in focus, and where you play an important role in shaping the future of the store.

With us you get...

...a developmental role with great responsibility and a large opportunity to influence the store's direction and results. You receive support from a strong network of colleagues and central support functions. At Coop, you get a workplace that takes sustainability seriously – for both people and the environment – and gives you and your career good development opportunities.

Education

  • A minimum of upper secondary education is required. We prefer further education in e.g., economics or another relevant area.
  • Leadership training

Experience/Competence

  • The position requires experience and competence in retail regarding sales, and preferably leadership.
  • Good experience in leading personnel.

We are looking for you who are a creative person driven by creating a good culture among your employees where everyone feels involved. You dare to think differently and test new solutions, and you have an easy time getting others on board towards the same goal.

The position is a permanent employment of 30 hours/week with a start date of 2026-08-31 or according to agreement.
